Our team at Valor Lakes is here to take those important steps with you through our Intensive Outpatient Program.
Tailored to your goals and schedule, our lOPs offer the support and flexibility you need to heal while still managing your daily responsibilities. You'll receive therapy, learn coping skills, and connect with others in a supportive environment— all without putting your life on hold.
Intensive Outpatient Programs offer the perfect balance if you're looking for more support than traditional therapy but don't need 24/7 care.
IOP is especially helpful if you're transitioning from inpatient treatment or need extra guidance to manage your recovery while still enjoying your daily life-whether that's work, school, or family.

Yes! One of the benefits of IOP is that it allows you to go about your daily activities like work or school while receiving intensive therapy and support. Our program is designed to be flexible enough to fit into your schedule.
Group therapy in IOP provides a supportive environment where you can share experiences, learn from others, and receive feedback from peers and facilitators. Topics often include coping strategies, relapse prevention, and emotional regulation.
A personalized assessment is always step one to help your therapist understand your unique challenges and goals.
Based on that assessment, we create a custom treatment plan. During group therapy and one-on-one sessions, we help you develop coping strategies, set goals, and process emotions in a supportive, safe space built on shared experiences.
We also provide ongoing support to help you maintain progress, with continued care available whenever you need it.
